How To Gain Muscle Naturally – Body Type Workout Magic

Unfortunately, some bodybuilders choose to go down the path of relying on unnatural chemicals such as steroids to help them achieve their goals. But this can have disastrous consequences. If you want to learn how to gain muscle naturally, without the need for harmful anabolic steroids, this article will show you the most effective ways to do this.

There is no need to risk your life as you build muscle! Say “NO” to anabolic steroids and “YES” to natural muscle building techniques!

If you want to learn how to build muscle naturally, you have to start off with the right plan. You can do everything else correctly but if you don’t have a proven system in place then your results will be slim at best.

The best muscle building system is one that is made for your body type. Too many times I see complete newbies to the world of bodybuilding doing routines that are not suitable for their body types. You cannot train like a professional bodybuilder unless you have years of training under your belt.

If you are serious about learning how to gain muscle naturally, then choose the right plan for your body type and you will get highly effective results super fast!

Skinny Guy Workout

If you are a skinny guy, I recommend you do full body routines three times per week. This type of workout will hit all your muscle groups each workout session and then you will rest for two days in between workouts. Ideally this should be a mixture of compound lifts (bench press, deadlifts, squats) and isolated exercises (leg extensions, hamstring curls, bicep curls).

Focus on a high calorie diet, with moderate amounts of protein and fat. The emphasis should be on bulking up and then cutting at a later stage. All forms of cardio should be avoided until you start seeing some weight being added onto your frame.

Fat Loss Workout

If you are a guy who wants to lose weight while building muscle, then following a typical skinny guy workout will not allow you to achieve this goal. Having said that, I would recommend a three day full body routine with the focus on compound and isolated lifts with two days rest between each workout.

Daily calorie intake needs to be far lower than that of a skinny guy. You should focus on a high protein diet, moderate amounts of healthy fats, and low calories. Unlike the skinny guy, for best fat burning results and to speed your metabolism, you should do 2 – 3 sessions of cardiovascular activity (swimming, running, aerobics) on your off training days.

Athletic Guy Workout

If you are an athlete or someone who has an athletic type frame, your workout will be different than both the skinny guys workout and the guy who wants to lose fat. You have the choice of doing either a full body routine or a split routine. A split routine will allow for 4 – 5 training sessions a week because athletes typically have a faster recovery time.

The emphasis will still be on compound and isolated exercises but this can vary depending on the overall goal. Diet should be similar to that of the guy who wants to lose weight, high in protein, moderate fat, and low calories. The choice to do cardio depends on the body fat percentage and individual goals. So this is highly unique to the trainer.

As you can see, learning how to gain muscle naturally will vary greatly depending on your workout goals and body type. If you are training and following advice that is not right for you, then it can be very difficult to get the results you are after. Stick to the guidelines above to gain weight naturally.
